We hired Terrible Tile LLC to install a traditional subway tile backsplash and herringbone inlay in our new kitchen, and we couldn't be more happy with the service and the finished product. A few weeks after the installation was scheduled, Frank called to let us know he had an earlier opening to begin working. He gave us design ideas and advice on which tile and grout color to use. He kept our house clean during installation and provided updates while we were away from the house. His attention to detail is excellent -- he laid over 100 2x4 tiles individually in a symmetrical herringbone pattern above our rangetop. His was not the lowest price quote we received, but we chose Frank for his experience and reputation. We're so glad we spent the extra money. Frank's work was worth every penny.
